The rationale for all the projects, which we implement is based on the consultation with the Roma community through meetings, group discussions and feedback questionnaires.
The evaluation and monitoring of our work with Roma adults, children and elder people also provide us with vital evidence of the needs of the community and the most effective ways of addressing them.
The results of consultation, as well as the evaluation and monitoring data inform the Board of Trustees in developing the organisation’s Strategy Plan. This is how the projects are envisaged and planned, but it is thanks to our fundraising efforts, as well as an understanding and the generosity of our funders that our visions and plans become a reality.
