EU citizens who already have made EUSS applications will have to:

- I HAVe liveD in the UK since before 30 December 2020 but have not made a EUSS application
If you live in the UK since before 30 December 2020 and do not have EUSS status yet, you can make a late application. Should you need help with making a late application, please find help available in your area here: https://www.gov.uk/help-eu-settlement-scheme

- I have EUSS status but I have family members living in the EU who would like to apply as well
All those who already have EUSS status can support their family members to get status through the EUSS.
If you have Settled or Pre-Settled status you can help and be a sponsor for your parents, children and married or unmarried partners (if the relationship existed for at least 2 years before 30 December 2020).

- I have EUSS status and I have a partner who has never lived in the UK and whom I met after 30 December 2020
If you have a partner who has never lived in the UK and whom you started a relationship after 30 December 2020 your partner is not eligible to make an EU Settlement Scheme Application. Your partner will have to apply for a visa to get permission to join you to live in the UK.

- I am an EU citizen and came to live and work in the UK after 1 January 2021
If you are a EU citizen and came to live and work in the UK after 1 January 2021 you may not be eligible to make EUSS applications.
If you have a family member (partner, parent, child) who has EUSS status you may be able to apply for EUSS as a EU joining family member.
If you don’t have a relevant family member with EUSS status you are not eligible to make EUSS applications. You will have to obtain your right to live and work in the UK through other routes. More information is available here:
