Mishto Pledge for Local Authorities
Local authorities play a key role in ensuring communities are safe and can thrive.
Some communities, such as Roma, find it harder to engage with the services and opportunities offered by local authorities. To remove the barriers experienced by Roma, in housing and child protection in particular, and to enable fair access to services we need to collaborate more effectively.
We appreciate the efforts local authorities are already making to improve the situation for Roma, and thank you for taking the time to read about the Mishto campaign.
To support local authorities committing to the campaign, we have developed the Mishto Pledge for Local Authorities and Mishto Guidance for Housing and Child Protection Services. Please click the images below to read the resources and/or share them with those who can make things happen.
