We offer free advice for Roma communities on:

Financial inclusion

​- including income maximisation, reducing costs and budgeting support.

Welfare benefits

- including Universal Credit and Personal Independence Payment (PIP).

---

Debt

- including rent arrears, Council Tax arrears and utility bills arrears (e.g. electricity, gas, water, etc).

Housing

- including dealing with eviction and disrepair.

---

EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS)

- including making applications and updating details.

Signposting and referrals

- helping to access emergency support / specialist services, e.g. food banks, legal advice, etc.

Our Activities

One-to-one appointments

• We offer one-to-one Advice and Advocacy appointments for Roma who live in London (and sometimes those who live in other parts of England).
• Our appointments can be delivered in community languages including Romanes, Polish and Romanian.
• We can deliver one-to-one appointments in person, by phone and online.
• Our advice is free, confidential, independent and impartial.

Group sessions

• We deliver free training and peer support group sessions for Roma communities.
• Our Advice and Advocacy group sessions cover topics such as dealing with bills, post-Brexit rights and avoiding scams.
• If you would like to attend group sessions, please contact us.

Information materials

• We produce and distribute information materials for Roma communities on topics such as welfare benefits, debt and EUSS.
• Materials are produced in written and video formats and available in community languages.
